Staying at this place was fantastic for the kids! They loved the spacious garden where we played games and enjoyed quality family time. The Lodge offered us privacy and comfort, and the little touches made it feel like a home away from home.
For dads, it would be great if they had a play area for kids.

The Deluxe Suite had unique themed decor, but the kettle placement was a safety concern.

The decor in the Double Room with Whirlpool was quirky and charming, adding character to the stay. The food, especially the homemade sweets, was delicious and truly a highlight. some of the staff lacked professionalism, which affected the overall experience, and the breakfast options were not as varied as expected. A couple of small improvements in service could elevate the experience significantly.

great experience but lacking in minor details
The decor of the suite felt luxurious, truly exceeding expectations. The breakfast service was outstanding, with hot, fresh food delivered right to our room with ease.
I found the bathroom amenities not quite at par with the suite's luxurious theme.

Great stay with good vibes
We stayed for 2 nights and the room was super cozy. Staff were really nice, especially Phoebe, who was helpful. Dinner was bangin'—the Chateaubriand was a hit! Breakfast was decent but portions were on the small side. Just wish the service next day wasn't so off. it felt a bit rude at times.

I had a fabulous stay in the gorgeous Laurent Perrier suite, complete with a private hot tub that was a real treat. The serene garden area and cozy sun loungers made for perfect relaxation moments. It was a bit tricky to get room service since the menu wasn’t in the room, but overall, it was a delightful escape! 🥂

The décor of the newly refurbished Laurent Perrier suite was stunning, and the outdoor hot tub was a fantastic addition. the absence of room service menus and slow service at dinner detracted from the experience. Still, the food was excellent overall.

The outdoor hot tub was a nice feature attached to the room. I enjoyed the privacy it provided during my stay. It was a fun way to relax after the day. the room had a five-star look that I appreciated.
The service was disappointing and not accommodating when we faced issues in the room. The lack of helpful instructions made some amenities difficult to use, which was frustrating. I expected better from this price point.
